1. Sigi can sit up on her own
Unlike her brother Sigi is not interested in crawling. She doesn’t like being on her tummy and tends to roll straight back onto her back, I was getting a tiny bit worried about her mobility and progression but she’s now sitting up on her own. Frey couldn’t managed this until he was about nine months old and Sigi is only seven, it’s definitely made me feel better about how she’s developing.

2. Celebrating My Brother’s Birthday
I love my big brother and spending time with him, however we both work retail and live a few hours away from each other, so it’s been a few years since I’ve actually seen him around his birthday. But this year the fates aligned and him and his partner were down visiting us. It was good weekend, hubby and my brother spent a day gaming (unsurprisingly, my brother was he one to introduce me to the world of geek) and there was a stormtrooper cake, it was a awesome weekend.

3. Trips to the Cinema
Not one, but two trips to the cinema this month, aren’t you all jealous? I’m a TV and film fanatic and before kids me and the hubby would go roughly 2-4 times a month to the cinema, but with the kids I’m now lucky to go 2-4 times a year but this month I’ve managed to go twice and really enjoyed it.
It really is the little things in life that make me the happiest.
